Terms of Use for Domestic Shipments
PAYMENT
We can currently accept payment through Paypal, credit cards, bank transfer, Venmo, Zelle or cash.
New hatchlings may be held until they are eating with a 20% non refundable deposit. Full payment is due within one week of the animal becoming available unless other arrangements are made.
We do accept payment plans for purchases over $500 with a 20% initial deposit. The total amount must be paid within 2 weeks with a minimum payment of 40% per week. Other plans may be available on a case by case basis.
Payments and deposits are only refundable if we are unable to supply the animal. If for any reason the customer is unable to finish the payment plan, they automatically forfeit the deposit. However, any other payments may be used towards the purchase of a different available animal. There are no cash refunds on payment plans unless we are unable to supply the animal.

We do accept some trades.
SHIPPING
Animals must be paid in full before they are shipped. Reptiles are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight ONLY. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping is available when the weather is between 38F and 85F. Shipping may be available outside these temperatures on a case by case basis. Lows below 45F or highs above 85F require pickup at your local hub.
All animals have a live arrival guarantee. In the case of a DOA or other health issue upon delivery, buyer may be required to return the animal or provide pictures/video at the sellers request before any refunds/credits are issued. Our guarantee does not cover buyer's remorse so please think carefully before you buy.
If direct to door delivery fails on the first attempt, the box is not picked up at the hub the same day it arrives, and/or the buyer did not contact with any issues within 2 hours of receiving the box, all guarantees are void.
RESTRICTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are not responsible for any delays due to weather and any other acts of God out of our control.
We are not responsible for knowing the laws in your city or state and therefore cannot be held liable.
We are not responsible for any tail drops by lizards such as geckos.
